As a Home Finder you strictly work from home using your phone, computer, our Lead Generating CRM system and initially all of the leads you can handle of people in the United States that will be losing their homes if they don’t sell them. Not only will they not get any money if they don’t sell their house they may owe a bank thousands of dollars and the bank has up to 20 years to collect the money! The nice thing about the leads is there are new ones in every city every day.You do no selling you are only generating appointments for our inhouse Real Estate Investors.They do the selling. Senior Home Finder

As a Senior Home Finder, you are trained to do what you need to do to become a successful Real Estate Investor and make a lot of money. You are provided a 180-page website, a Lead Generating CRM system and all of the leads of people who will be losing their houses and get nothing if they don’t sell them. They could owe banks thousands of dollars and the banks have up to 20 years to collect the money. We also provide you with over 300 documents that you can sent to leads as emails. text messages or letters. We also provide you with 11 6-to-8-page documents that fully explains to the lead the specific situation they are in and how we can help them in the situation they are in. Each of the documents has a form at the end of it. When the lead fills out the form and clicks on Send the information on the form is automatically sent to your email address and a text message is sent to your cell phone so you can get back to them right away! That is all you are doing here is setting up appointments. You will not be making any sales. Our inhouse Real Estate Investors do that. You are paid from $500.00 to over $20,000.00 per sale. Partner Program Member

More people have become millionaires in the real estate industry than in any other industry. Money Tree Real Estate Investors provides you with more than any other Real Estate Investor to help you become successful. We do all of the hard work. You are not involved in any of finding a property to refurbish. Our people have sent out thousands of emails, text messages, letters and spoken to hundreds of people. When they find someone, that might be interested in selling to us. We have our Senior Home Finder go through the house with 4 to 5 contractors which our inhouse retired general contractor has checked out. He has refurbished over 100 houses and apartment buildings. The Senior Home Finder takes two pictures of each room from different angles and pictures of what the contractors say needs to be done to the house to make it look like a model home. When our contractor receives the bids from the contractors and the pictures and the notes from our Senior Home Finder, he determines what needs to be done to the house to make it look like a model home when the rehab has been completed.

Our contractor determines what refurbishing the house will cost and then he gets together with one of our Senior Real Estate Investors who was already run comps on the houses in the area to see what houses would sell for if the house looked like ours after it was rehabbed. They determine what we can pay for the house based upon the profit we want to make on what the house should sell for when it had been rehabbed and sold. They then turn the information over to one of our inhouse real estate brokers who all have over 40 years of experience. They then call the home seller and negotiate a price they will take for the house. Then we buy the house. Typically, we have to go through the above process with 10 to 12 home owners before we buy a house. You are not involved with any of the above things. You start out with a home we have purchased and it is ready to rehab. No one else does anything like we do for our Partner Program Members. As a Partner Program Member, you should make from $3,500 to $20,000 to over $100,000 per sale depending on the type of sale.
