Potential Home Finders we have a unique position available to you where you can make a substantial amount of money. This is a high commission only job. You will only be generating leads. You do not need a real estate license to do this.
A lot of our Home Finders are making more money than most real estate agents and they just work from home at the hours they want to work! You do not need to know anything about the real estate business to make a lot of money!
We have the experience to help you make a lot of money. Most
of our Home Finders are generating leads that turn into 3 to 4 sales per month. You should make from $1,500.00 to $10,000.00 or more per sale. There was a house in the San Diego, CA area that was purchased and over $200,000 was put in to it to refurbish it. When it sold there was a profit of over $275.000.00. is we buy the house through one our corporations. We then
sue the bank. The law suit takes from 5 to 3 months to go
through the legal process. That means the home owner gets
to stay in their home for an additional 5 to 3 months. With
out paying any thing. That saves them a lot of money!
Sometimes we find out that the bank did not file the
foreclosure properly and the home owner is able to stay in
the house another 2 to 3 months. Eventually the bank will
win the law suit and the property will go to auction or the
bank will sell the house. When that happens, our corporation
will have a foreclosure on our record not the home owner!

The way the Things to Do Today system works is that when you get a lead you can input all of the information about the lead in the Leads section, you can then pull up the information by just inputting their name. Below that section where you put the information about the lead there is a section called To do in the Future. You put the date in the future that want to contact the lead and send them emails, text messages, letters or call them. Normally our Home Finders, Senior Home Finders and Partner Program Members start out with storing usually 5 or more emails, text messages, letters, call them or send something else to the leads on specific future dates. We provide you with all of the emails, text messages, letters, what to say to them and a number miscellaneous items that a lot of people respond to. What most people do when they start out their day is pull up the Lead Generating CRM system. They go to the bottom of the first page and under Things to Do Today then enter the date and click on submit. That brings up every lead that you have entered a date to contact them and what you were to either send to them or call them on that date. It also, has their name, address, home number, cell number and email address on it along with what you need to do that day for the lead. Do you realize how much time that saves you?.
Remember as a Home Finder you are not be selling or buying anything you are simply generating a lead. When you find someone that would like to do business with us or they would like more information. You simply email us their contact information and information about the lead. Our experienced people take over from there. All of them have a lot of experience and close many transactions.
Money Tree Real Estate Investors allows you to move up to become a Senior Home Finder or become a Partner Program Member. You can move up to those positions as long as we don’t have a Senior Home Finder or a Partner Program Member in your area. With either of those you can make a lot more money.
